Well, I must be making up for the lost time while I was recovering from back surgery; because come September I am going to be happily swamped with work.

First of all, THANK YOU to everyone who came out to The New York Theatre Barn’s IN THE D-LOUNGE event. The evening went off so well, I have been asked to join NYTB as an Event Co-Ordinator. The next fundraising IN THE D-LOUNGE event will be Monday September 17th. We are finalizing the line-up for the evening this week. Please check www.nytheatrebarn.org for specific updates for those events.

I will also be singing at legendary DON’T TELL MAMA on Thursday September 27th (8:30pm), Saturday September 29th (3pm), and Sunday September 30 (8:30pm). Songwriter Seth Bisen-Hersh has asked me to join him and his talented cast of Cait Doyle, Julie Goldin and Rori Nogee for his (appropriately titled) show WHY AM I NOT FAMOUS YET? -Original Songs of Bitter Frustration. Please join us. I believe there is a $10 cover and a 2 drink minimum.

DON’T TELL MAMA is located at 343 W. 46th Street. Reservations: 212.757.0788

Now, let’s not forget all the upcoming FESTIVALS. It’s Festivalmania for me. First off, I will be part of the International CRINGE Festival - The Bad Play Festival. I will be playing “Joey” in a play called RED NOVEMBER, CHARLIE DECEMBER. But I promise you, it’s not a bad play. It’s actually quite interesting. But I will be the oldest 15 year old out there!!! R.N.C.D. is part of the Brown Bag Lunch series at the Players Theatre. Wednesdays Septebmber 19 and 26 at noon.

The Players Theatre is located at 115 MacDougal Street.  For Reservations:  212.242.6036 or Theatermania.com

And finally, I am extremely excited to announce that I will again be part of the NEW YORK MUSICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL (www.nymf.org). I will be playing the role of “Benjamin” in the Holocaust musical WARSAW. WARSAW is part of the Developmental Series and will be performed twice on October 4 at 1pm and 5pm at the Theatre at St. Clements. Music is by William Wade. Book and Lyrics by John Atkins. The reading will be directed by Jamibeth Margolis.

NYMF is near and dear to my heart, as my very first NY job was in the inaugural year (2004) with FRANKENSTEIN…DO YOU DREAM? And last year, I was part of the sold-out, extended hit OEDIPUS FOR KIDS! - playing the title role. Please come out and support WARSAW!!!
